Thinking of returning an item
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in perfect fully resaleable condition including unspolit original packaging and meet the following criteria:
If an item bought is unwanted you are entitled to a full refund less any delivery charges as long as we are informed within one week of delivery and the order is safely returned before 14 days of the delivery day.
Before you return an order you must submit your intention to return by email or phone which must be acknowledged before you send the order back at your own expense. Any orders that are sent back before acknowledgement is made will not be refunded.
If you decide you do not want all or part of your order after the first week from receipt and before 28 days, you are entitled to an exchange or credit note only. Credit given will be in the form of a promotional code that can be used in your next order. It will have an expiry date of 3 months from receipt of your order and will be issued upon the satisfactory return of your original order.
We cannot accept any returns after 30 days of receipt of your order.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct an appropriate percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount. If in the rare situation a refund is refused the return of the product to yourself will be charged at £7.95. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns must be sent back in the original packaging or equivalent with all return costs payable at your own expense unless the item is proven faulty. Exchanges will be acted upon once the original order has been received back to us in the acceptable conditions as explained above. We make every effort to process, despatch and deliver as quickly as possible. However we cannot be held responsible for any costs possibly incurred by any third parties.
Returned parcels must be sent back with a copy of the original order, explaining why the order is being returned.
Damaged Goods
Please check your order upon receipt. Where possible all products are checked before despatch but if an order arrives damaged it must be reported within 48hrs where it will be replaced for free. Evidence of the damage may be requested. Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims for damaged goods after 48 hours of receipt due to the time we have to claim possible compensation from our carrier and the higher risks of damage to goods delivered and stored in working building projects and building sites.
